TeleDirectory Messaging & Paging Services

The TeleDirectory system supports a variety of paging and messaging services. Operators may access overhead paging lines from the console keyboard for announcements for parked callers.  Numeric paging may be accessed from directories or detail pages of information for single key automatic dialing. In addition, messages may be sent via e-mail, alphanumeric pager and facsimile using the TeleDirectory messaging feature in conjunction with the TeleDirectory communications server.
